ILLUMINATION
An illumination (or pattern clearing) is a core healing shamanic energy practice that clears suboptimal energetic imprints in the luminous energy field (LEF). We work to open up the major chakras and break up energy associated with negative cyclical patterns. In this session, you would choose a specific pattern (e.g. scarcity or money issues, giving away your power, parenting patterns, etc.) and we would focus on clearing this imprint from your field. In this session, you will ideally:
Transform heavy energies into pure light
Transform emotional wounds and current issues into sources of power and wisdom
Use breathwork, sound, movement, visualization, and any tools necessary to clear the imprint
Break limiting behaviors that inhibit your optimal expression

ENERGY CLEARING & BALANCING
Heavy energy clearing involves a complete scan of the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of your luminous energy field whereby negative energies, entities, elementals, former inhibiting vows, earth bound spirits or any unwanted dark magic is removed from your energy field. These energies can come from this lifetime, or our ancestral or karmic lines and can cause major dysfunction and dysregulation in the body and mind. In this session, you’ll receive:
Clearing and balancing of your luminous energy field and chakras
Cutting of any old or negative cords that don’t serve you
Removal of negative energies that impede health and optimal function
Protecting from any energies that are not for your highest good

SOUL RETRIEVAL
Throughout many shamanic traditions, it is believed that souls fragment due to traumatic events, illnesses or experiences that create extreme disconnect and dysfunction in the energy body. Soul retrievals typically happen in the wake of a heavy energy clearing or pattern clearing and is a process of energetically retrieving parts of the soul that may have fragmented and reintegrate into your luminous energy field.
This results in feeling disconnected from Source, like you can’t break a pattern or heal from something entirely, and sensing a deep incongruence between what you want and your actions. In this session, you’ll receive:
