Beginner to intermediate. Some hiking experience will be helpful but not required if you have a base level of fitness (cardio or strength training). We will ensure you are supported throughout the hikes.

With six sleeping areas, eleven beds, and expansive gathering spaces, it's ideal for our group retreat. Enjoy a majestic fireplace, gourmet kitchen, soaking tub with mountain views, a built-in bar, pool table, and a private hot tub. Unwind on the expansive deck, immersed in Colorado’s natural beauty.

The weather in Colorado is anticipated to be warm but always unpredictable in May. While we hope to have sunshine and dry trails, but bring lots of layers in case of a late snow! No snowshoes required. Itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.

Meals are designed to fuel your adventure while offering flexibility and variety. Breakfast will be a self-serve buffet with personalized options, including eggs, avocados, yogurt, granola, fruit, smoothies, cereal, and oatmeal.
For Saturday’s lunch, build-your-own tortilla wraps with rice, veggies, protein, fruit, chips, snacks, and trail mix.
Dinners will be locally catered.
Bring your own water (or you can drink from the tap), bars, trail food, electrolytes, and 3L hydration bladder.
THE DAILY BREAKDOWN
DAY 1 | FRIDAY MAY 16
East Shore Trail (5.4 mi.)
Meet at the East Shore Trailhead at 10:30AM for a scenic hike along the east side of Shadow Mountain Lake, where we’ll connect and get to know each other on the trail. Afterward, we’ll head to the Grand Lake mountain house to settle in, gather for our opening circle and land acknowledgment, share a nourishing meal, and unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars. Bring a lunch!

DAY 2 | SATURDAY, MAY 17
Cascade Falls (6.8 Mi.)
Begin the day with a sunrise meditation and an energizing breakfast before setting out on a breathtaking hike to Cascade Falls, offering a moderate yet rewarding journey through lush meadows, dense forests, and flowing creeks, culminating at a beautiful multi-tiered waterfall.
At the falls, rest, enjoy lunch, and soak in the wilderness. Back at the lodge, unwind with yoga, share a delicious dinner, and relax in the hot tub under the stars, closing the day with an evening bonfire and reflective conversation.

The retreat concludes at 12:00 PM, allowing plenty of time for a scenic drive home—or a refreshing stop at Hot Sulphur Springs to soak in the experience before returning to the flow of life!

4:30 - 6:30pm: Opening circle, happy hour, soulful connection, land acknowledgement
6:30pm: Dinner
8pm and onward: Bonfire, hot tub, star gazing, connection
DAY 2 TRAIL MAP (SAT.)

7:00 - 8:00am: Meditation & Journaling
8:00 - 8:45am: Breakfast & prep
8:45am: Drive to trailhead
9:00am - 3:00pm: Hike the Cascade Falls Trail; lunch, intentional pauses, and meditation on the trail
3:00 - 5:00pm: Yoga & self-discovery session, intentional reflection activity, hot tub, recovery time
6:30pm - Dinner
8pm and onward: Bonfire, hot tub, star gazing, connection
SUNDAY SCHEDULE
7:00 - 8:00am: Continuum movement session
8:00 - 8:45am: Breakfast
9:00 - 11:30am: Group cohesion, self-journey celebration, closing ceremony
11:30am - 12:00pm: Clean up and head out
WHAT TO BRING
Clothing that makes you feel cozy, comfy and beautiful
Yoga mat and any props you may need, a cozy blanket if you wish
Water bottle, travel mug for coffee
Pajamas, robe, slippers (because why not)
Swimsuit for the hot tub and swim towel
Hiking apparel: Pants/shorts, dry wicking shirt, sun hat, wool socks, good hiking shoes, hiking poles
Hiking snacks and energy boosters
Ear plugs, toiletries
Journal and pen
A bottle of wine (or another beverage) and a treat to share with the circle
A token/item that represents this time in your life or a certain transformation you’re undergoing to put on the altar (this can be a piece of jewelry, artifact, art, photo, etc.). You will take this back home with you.
CARPOOLING
Carpooling is encouraged as many are coming from Denver and the surrounding area. If you would like to carpool and are not matched with anyone yet, please email hello@tiffanygrimmfulton.com and we’ll do our best to find you a companion.
We have at least one mama located in Denver who would like to ride with someone so please reach out if you’re willing and able!
LATE ARRIVAL
If you need to skip the first hike and meet us at the retreat accommodations, please arrive no later than 3pm to give yourself enough time to settle in before orientation. Feel free to text Tiffany at 760.688.8236 for any day-of issues that arise.
